My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and not so good. The rooms were spacious, clean, and quiet, which I loved, but unfortunately, they were quite humid and overlooked a main road, leading to noticeable noise throughout the night. The service was a standout for me, with the staff being very accommodating and encouraging us to practice Spanish. The location was perfect, being close to the main train station, but the dining experience was not exceptional, with the same options every morning. Overall, it was clean and comfortable, but not exactly as pictured.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were big and clean, providing just what we needed. Although located at the back, facing a wall, the comfortable beds made up for it. The service was excellent, with outstandingly helpful staff, making me feel as if they were doing me a favor. The location was very convenient, being close to the city center and offering easy access to Prado and restaurants.
