Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and not so good. The rooms were spacious, clean, and quiet, which I loved, but unfortunately, they were quite humid and overlooked a main road, leading to noticeable noise throughout the night. The service was a standout for me, with the staff being very accommodating and encouraging us to practice Spanish. The location was perfect, being close to the main train station, but the dining experience was not exceptional, with the same options every morning. Overall, it was clean and comfortable, but not exactly as pictured.
The hotel is nicely located, close to the main attractions in Madrid and with plenty of dining options nearby. The rooms, although on the smaller side, were adequate; however, they were too warm and had a strange smell. The service was helpful, especially when I requested a room change for the second night. The dining experience was okay but could use some improvement. Overall, a good value for the convenient location.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of pros and cons. The room was quite small, and noise from the kitchen reached our 6th-floor room, but it offered a temperature in the mid 30 degs C and easy access to central Madrid venues.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were big and clean, providing just what we needed. Although located at the back, facing a wall, the comfortable beds made up for it. The service was excellent, with outstandingly helpful staff, making me feel as if they were doing me a favor. The location was very convenient, being close to the city center and offering easy access to Prado and restaurants. The dining experience was enjoyable, with a good selection of food despite some items being cold. Overall, a value for money stay.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. Although the rooms were clean and cozy, the location was not ideal due to being in a separate building, a bit noisy, and showing signs of aging. The service was friendly, but I encountered issues with overcharging and lack of assistance. The location, near a subway station and restaurants, was convenient but not the best overall. The dining experience offered a variety of tasty dishes but didn't impress entirely. The facilities were adequate.
The hotel had a funky part in the back, and the street view was a nice touch. Service was friendly overall, and the location provided easy access to everything. The dining experience offered very healthy food, although the area was a bit grumpy at times.
